Endometriosis causing back pain |
Question:
I have been suffering severe lower
back pain, which my chiropractor thinks
may be caused by inflamation from
endometriosis as x-rays have ruled
out mechanical
causes. Does anyone out there have
any knowledge, information or experience
related to this that they can offer
?
Answer:
If the pain is in fact endometriosis
related it could be due to endo in
the cul-de-sac.
My surgeon told me after the surgery
that my ovaries had attached themselves
to the back of the peritoneum and
were causing back pain. If you have
endometrial implants at that site
that will also cause back pain.
